Shadowing Sentence: 気付いたら

今日(きょう)は朝(あさ)からやることがたくさんあって、ずっと忙(いそが)しかったんですけど、
気付(きづ)いたらもう外(そと)が暗(くら)くなっていて、まだ朝(あさ)ごはんも食(た)べていないことに気付(きづ)きました。

Vocabulary

• やること：tihngs to do (as in things you “have to” do – generally chores, tasks, work, homework, etc.)
• ずっと：all day, all the time
• 気付いたら：next thing I know
• 暗くなる：to get dark
• 気付きます：to realize
